Role Description
The Part Time Cricket Coach at Sports Checkout is an on-site role based in Lansdale, PA. The coach will plan and lead cricket training sessions, focusing on skill development, fitness, and game awareness for participants of varying ages and experience levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing practice drills, providing technical and tactical instruction, monitoring player progress, and ensuring a safe, inclusive training environment. The coach will communicate regularly with participants and, where applicable, guardians or program coordinators about schedules, performance feedback, and upcoming events. The role may also involve supporting cricket-related events, clinics, and demonstrations that align with Sports Checkout’s focus on performance and sporting excellence.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Cricket and Cricket Coaching skills, with practical experience in playing or coaching the sport.

Candidates should possess solid Coaching and Training abilities, including session planning, skill development, and performance feedback.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with players, families, and program staff.

Experience coaching youth or community sports programs is beneficial.
